Healthcare education is facing growing pressure to widen access, strengthen learner readiness, and prepare students for increasingly complex real-world environments. Immersive learning is emerging as a powerful and practical response.

This session brings together senior leaders and frontline practitioners to explore how immersive technology and AI are supporting healthcare learners from the very start of their journey through to progression into higher education and clinical practice.

You’ll see live demonstrations of new healthcare scenarios developed in partnership with the University of Greenwich (Emergency and Unscheduled Care) and Ascentis (Access to HE Healthcare Diplomas). These examples highlight how immersive learning can serve as:

  • A safe, supportive environment where students can practice both clinical and essential soft skills
  • A meaningful bridge between classroom theory and real-world clinical placement
  • A practical way to build confidence, competence, and improve learner outcomes

The panel discussion will examine how immersive learning and AI are reshaping healthcare education, enhancing confidence, improving decision-making skills, and expanding access to high-quality preparation.

We’ll close with an open Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask practical questions and explore how immersive learning could support your own healthcare education, training, or workforce development program.

If you are responsible for healthcare education, training, or workforce development, this webinar will provide practical insight, real-world examples, and an honest discussion about what’s working now, and what comes next.
