We have created a new Commis Chef program in collaboration with education and industry partners, aligned to Level 2 qualifications.
The program uses virtual reality and virtual environments to give trainee Commis Chefs an understanding of working in a kitchen environment, exploring a range of skills required and equipment used to prepare, cook, and finish food for service.
To launch this program, we ran an event in London on Thursday 28th September 2023, 13:00-16:00 (BST) at The Other House in London.
