Metaverse Learning’s optional Defence Employability Hub provides a browser-based immersive environment where learners can explore Defence career pathways, engage with employers and access sector-specific information at any time. Built around the needs of TEC regions and partner colleges, the hub creates a shared space that supports attraction, engagement and progression across the network.
Learners can interact with AI-powered career advisers, explore pathways into apprenticeships, vocational training and higher education, and access videos, case studies and insights from industry professionals. Virtual employer spaces also provide opportunities for organisations to connect directly with learners, helping bring careers to life and creating stronger links between education and employment. By combining immersive learning with career exploration, providers can create a clearer and more engaging route from education into the Defence workforce.
