Immersive learning programs

Our construction programs are co-developed with FE colleges and industry specialists, aligned to current qualifications and employer standards.

They place learners inside realistic scenarios where they complete tasks, make decisions and develop practical skills through experience.

Content spans three key areas:

  • Construction core
    Trade-based skills including bricklaying, carpentry and joinery, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, and health and safety
  • Green skills & retrofit
    Retrofit, heat pumps, solar PV and solar thermal, supporting the transition to sustainable construction
  • Building services
    Plumbing, gas and electrical scenarios focused on installation, commissioning and fault finding

Programs are available in both browser-based virtual environments and virtual reality, allowing flexible delivery across classrooms, workshops and multi-site provision.

Trainers guides are included and every program within our library is immediately deployable within your existing systems

Metaverse Hub

The Metaverse Hub extends learning beyond the classroom, creating a shared virtual environment where learners can explore construction careers and pathways.

Accessible via browser with no headset required, the Hub allows learners to:

  • Explore roles across the construction sector
  • Engage with employer content and opportunities
  • Access guidance through an AI-powered adviser
  • Understand routes into further training or employment

For CTEC regions, it provides a central space that connects multiple colleges, supports employer engagement and creates clearer pathways into construction careers.
